PradhanMantriKaushalVikasYojana (PMKVY) is the flagship performance based skill training scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this skill certification and reward scheme is to enable large number of Indian youth to take up performance based skill trainings and become employable (either self or Job) and earn their livelihood. Under this scheme, monetary reward would be provided to trainees who are successfully trained, assessed and certified in skill courses run by affiliated training providers. Specifically, the Scheme aims to: Encourage standardization in the certification process and initiate a process of creating a registry of skills. Increase productivity of the existing workforce and align the training and certification to the needs of the country. Provide Monetary Awards for Skill Certification to boost employability and productivity of youth by incentivizing them for skill training.
For the current year we target to impart skills to more than 3,000 students PAN India.

DeenDayalUpadhyayaGrameenKaushalyaYojana (DDU-GKY) is the skilling and placement initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India. DDU-GKY has its origins in the Aajeevika Skills programme and the ‘Special Projects’ component of the Swarnjayanti Gram SwarozgarYojana (SGSY). The scheme focuses on catering to the occupational aspirations of rural youth and enhancing their skills for wage employment.
Implementation of DDU-GKY involves State Governments, Technical Support Agencies like the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRD & PR), and Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs).MoRD has notified the Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to be followed while implementing the programme. It is mandatory for all project functionaries under DDU-GKY to be trained, assessed and certified in the Standard Operating Procedures.
We are directly affiliated Partner of ESSCI and thus authorized to run ESDM across India. ESDM provides financial assistance to deserving students for their Training in various courses and thus generating employability for the students.
The Scheme aims at enhancing the skilling capacities in Electronics sector through training of students / unemployed youth by providing them with additional skills that are recognized by industry for employment in ESDM sector. This course ensures compulsorily placement of candidates so that they will not only learn but also earn good.
Making one person in every family digitally literate is one of the integral components of the Prime Minister's vision of “Digital India”.
The Digital SakshartaAbhiyan (DISHA) or National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM) Scheme has been formulated to impart IT training to 52.5 lakh persons, including Anganwadi and ASHA workers and authorised ration dealers in all the States/UTs across the country so that the non-IT literate citizens are trained to become IT literate so as to enable them to actively and effectively participate in the democratic and developmental process and also enhance their livelihood.
We have trained a large number of people under this scheme in remote villages of Uttar Pradesh so that these people can also link themselves to the growing age of digital literacy.

Our Prime target for corporate training is to ensure that an employee has the knowledge and skills to perform the job assigned to him efficiently and effectively. At VDKP Technology Pvt. Ltd. we understand that not every student has the privilege of spending their time only on learning. They have task to shoulder the responsibility of supporting their family financially as well. Thus we have adopted the concept of Earn while you learn for such students.
These projects train students on the skills and at the same time put them On the Job Trainings (OJT) so that they can start earning in order to support their own learning. For this purpose we have tied up with the companies who share such vision as ours and have the mission of supporting such people. By working Part time or Full time with the employers they have a better chance of being absorbed by the employers who is also a Trainer for them. Students can demonstrate their skills better at work place and the employer can identify the human resources better suited to his requirement at an early stage and can train the brain according to his work requirement.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a platform to provide recognition to the informal learning or learning through work to get equal acceptance as the formal levels of education. It aims to appreciate prior learning irrespective of the medium of achieving it. It is a process to evaluate skills and knowledge acquired outside the classroom for the purpose of recognizing competence against a given set of standards, competencies, or learning outcomes. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills shall be assessed and certified under the RPL Scheme. RPL aims to align the competencies of the unregulated workforce of the country to the NSQF.
RPL is practiced for a variety of purposes, such as for an individual's standing in a profession, trade qualifications, academic achievement, recruitment, performance management, career and succession planning. RPL has been introduced under Skill Ministry’s flagship scheme - PradhanMantriKaushalVikasYojana. Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs), such as Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) or any other agencies designated by MSDE/NSDC, shall be incentivized to implement RPL projects in any of the three Project Types (RPL Camps, RPL at Employers Premises and RPL centres). To address knowledge gaps, PIAs may offer Bridge Courses to RPL candidates.
RPL is applicable to all the fields or sector. We serve the workers in the unorganised sector by arranging skills certification through proper Sector Skill Council and earn them a certification & increment in their social status.
